It all started because I wanted silk pajamas. My mom told me that I needed to learn how to make them. So I took Homemaking in High School and learned how to sew. My mother taught me many things as well because she was an amazing seamstress and beyond creative. Fast forward to my years in business and I gifted a few embroidered blankets and handcrafted diaper bags. My admin told me I needed to get into craft fairs. That' when Stitch It Out was created (back in 2006).

You will also find printed t-shirts and embroidered sweatshirts made by Forever Memories (another business I own). I accept custom orders. Mainly memory items such as pillows, bears and other animals and t-shirt blankets.
