Once you have clicked Book, staff will get a notification of your Request.
A Request is a Request and is not final until the Facebook event and Class Tickets are available for sale on the website.
We will add new classes to the website on Thursdays. Anything booked after 12pm on Thursday will wait until the following Thursday.
Classes
- Manchester Craft Market will receive 20% of all Class ticket sales to cover use of the space.
- Class ticket prices must include all items necessary to achieve the goal of the class. Eg: A rock painting class must include paint, rocks, paint brushes, rinsing cups, etc.
- Please have a good idea of the cost per person to run a class and charge accordingly. We want everyone to profit from teaching classes!
- Classes are a minimum of 2 hours. You book a 3 hour slot that includes setup, class and cleanup time.
- Classes must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance in order to generate interest and sell tickets.
- If a vendor cancels a Class with attendees, they are responsible for contacting customers and/or rescheduling the class.
- Classes will require a minimum of 5 attendees to happen. If there are not enough ticket sales within 7 days of the event, the event will be canceled and all ticket money will be returned to students. Not currently enforced.
- In the event of Class cancellation by a vendor, commission for ticket sales will not be refunded by MCM. Not currently enforced.
Photos/Live Sales
- Photos have moved to the back room and do not require an appointment. Photos are first come, first served.
- Live sales can be booked in any class slot.
