Refund policy

Manchester Craft Market is a small business that facilitates the sale of handmade items made by other Local small businesses and individuals. Items purchased online are available for pickup in store at our retail location in the Mall of New Hampshire.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges except in the case of store error, flaws in manufacturing, or similar situations. If you have an issue with an item purchased from Manchester Craft Market that is a store error, manufacturing flaw, or similar situation, we ask that you visit the store with the item and we will work with you to come to a solution.

Class & Workshop tickets are not refundable if purchaser does not attend. Missed classes may be transferred to a class held by the teacher of the original class at the teacher's discretion. Please contact the store for more information.
