Tickets must be purchased in advance. Ticket sales typically end the day before the class.
Class & Workshop tickets are not refundable if purchaser does not attend. Missed classes may be transferred to a class held by the teacher of the original class at the teacher's discretion. Please contact the store for more information.
Get ready for Halloween with a fun, hands-on sewing workshop! In this 2 1/2-hour class, you'll learn how to sew two mini Trick or Treat bags, perfect for Halloween treats, decorations or little gifts. This workshop is open to adults and teens of all skill levels. I'll guide you through each step and you'll leave with two finished Trick or Treat bags and some new sewing skills! All materials included. What You Need to Know: Adults and teens of all levels are encouraged to join this class. Students should have a basic knowledge of sewing machines including straight stitch, how to thread the bobbin and upper thread, and general sewing terms. What You Need to Bring: Your sewing machine (optional, but highly recommended for personalized learning, limited machines are available to rent for the session). All machine accessories, including power cords and bobbins. Your machine's manual if you have it (not required, but helpful). If you would like to borrow a machine, rentals are $10.

About the Maker
I'm Christine, the maker and owner of Sew Creative Gift Shop! Sewing is something that is near and dear to me as I started sewing alongside my grandmother when I was a child. Today Sew Creative Gift Shop is entering its 10th year in business and you can find my items in various stores, in person at a number of New England area events, and on my website.
Additionally I offer sewing classes where I help others learn the joy (and fun!) of creating something by hand.
