Come learn about the tools and techniques used for paper quilling and make your own underwater masterpiece with different shapes and colors! This project is perfect for beginners who want to get into a new craft or stretch their creative muscles. All materials will be provided and you will take home a pack of quilling paper, a quilling wand, glue pen, and a practice sheet to continue your picture at home! Recommended for ages 6+
