Nubble Lighthouse: Ink & Wash Watercolor Class Saturday, June 13th | 2:00–5:30 PM Join us for a relaxing and creative afternoon as we paint the iconic Nubble Lighthouse in beautiful watercolor and ink. This class will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating a charming coastal scene, perfect for all skill levels. Our focus will be on building texture in the rocky shoreline and learning how to mix colors directly on the paper to achieve natural, vibrant results. You’ll also explore how ink can be used to add definition and bring your painting to life. You’ll leave with a finished 6x9 painting, and all materials are provided—just bring yourself and enjoy the experience. Light snacks will also be provided. Please note: Class times are estimated. While we aim to stay within the scheduled timeframe, we may run slightly over to ensure everyone gets the support they need.
This intermediate sewing machine class will take place over 3 weeks, meeting weekly for 2 hours. All materials are included. You will make an apron using a pattern and leave with the following skills: Ability to read a basic pattern, fabric cutting techniques, basting and topstitching. What You Need to Bring: Your working sewing machine (optional, but highly recommended for personalized learning; limited machines are available to rent for the session). All machine accessories, including power cords. Your machine's manual if you have it (not required, but helpful). This class is not an introduction to your machine and you should be able to sew straight line and troubleshoot your machine. Create your very own Stained Glass Plant Stake! (We will provide multiple patterns to choose from). We will guide you from start to finish on how to cut, grind, foil, and solder. All tools and materials will be provided. 3-4 hour class time. Please note your color preference in the notes when checking out, and be sure to provide your email in case we need to contact you before the class! 18+
