Hi, I’m Lewis, a woodworker and designer who makes furniture and home decor items from natural hardwood materials. Every piece is handcrafted in my Lebanon, NH workshop. black apron studio was founded in 2023, initially creating cutting and charcuterie boards. In 2025 I attended the Furniture Intensive at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine, a twelve week program that helps develop many skills from design, joinery, case and curved pieces. This has given me the confidence to expand the creative possibilities in my future work.
