Apple Cider Jelly is made from fresh local cider, a blend of many varieties of local apples. Apples are an all-around superfood. We pick up the cider straight from the producer, either at the farm or a local market and then make it into jelly. This jelly is clear, pure, and delectable. Great with cheese and crackers.
